Ok, never mind then. Thank you for your time.
I do not have a Linux machine. I am trying to deploy my app via Heroku. All the dependencies are installed via buildpacks. I tried adding a custom icu buildpack as well, but that also gave me errors.
And how do I do that?
But I have correctly installed PyICU on my local machine (my os is Windows). The problem is when I try to deploy my app on Heroku, because I am not able to tell Heroku how to install PyICU, or I'm not aware how. I also have pkg-config
as one of the dependencies. Do you have any suggestions? I've tried everything and have no idea what to do.
I am trying to deploy my Python app on Heroku, but have been unsuccessful owing to PyICU not installing correctly. I've confirmed that this is the only issue with my deployment; when I remove PyICU from my requirements file, everything works. But my site can't work without it. I've also tried downloading the .whl file and then adding that to my requirements file, but then I get another error:
ERROR: PyICU-2.7.3-cp38-cp38m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
I don't understand why - it's the correct Python and os version.
Here are the relevant excerpts from the build log:

How should I go about correctly installing PyICU on Heroku so my app can work correctly?
